	Miscellaneous $25.00 TACK FEE:   Willow Run charges an additional Tack Fee for each saddle.  This fee includes unlimited bridles, brushes, and blankets.     Trip Fees (if applicable)   Willow Run chooses its travel routes very carefully and sometimes these routes will include Toll Roads and/or other Toll related crossings:  bridges, etc.  Willow Run will add ALL additional Tolls to the final amout due upon delivery.  Receipts will gladly be provided. Varies Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy   Due to the very organic nature of Equine Transport, i.e. unique boarding and deboarding situations, road conditions, weather conditions, road detours and/or construction, Equine watering and feeding needs and Equine Health and Safety checks, Willow Run will do everything in its power to maintain a working trip schedule.  However, Willow Run makes no promise either implicit or explicit to pick-up or deliver on precise times/dates. Willow Run requires a 50% non-refundable Trip Deposit to secure and insure a working trip itinerary for all involved.  Willow Run will only issue a refund if a trip is cancelled within 24hours after reservation.  Otherwise, the deposit serves to secure a trip with Willow Run and we are commited to your transport needs and the upcoming trip for which you have made deposit.  If, for whatever reason, you need to reschedule a refund will not be issued, but rather a "credit" towards your future travel needs with Willow Run.
